Registration Details
- Only registered participants shall be accommodated in the National Conference. Non-registered
participants whether paid and/or have booked their plane or bus tickets will not be
accommodated.
- Please encode all information accurately in order to prevent typographical errors in the directory. No
email or text/fb message registration will be entertained.
- Please be informed that the organizers are not accepting live-in participants, and participants are
responsible for arranging their own hotel accommodation.
- The deadline of registration is on March 30, 2026, or until we have reached the maximum capacity
on a "first come, first served" basis. Please note that registration will stay open until all available
participant slots are filled. We strongly advise individuals intending to travel by plane or bus to
complete their registration before booking their transportation to avoid any potential issues.
- Scanned copy or screenshot of the machine validated deposit slip or online fund transfer transactions
must be uploaded upon online registration to complete the registration process.
- For those participants who will register using promissory note, the online/bank payment should be
made on or before March 30, 2026. Failure to complete the payment will result in cancellation of
registration. The proof of online payments should be sent to e-mail (papsasinc.national@gmail.com)
or the PAPSAS Facebook Page’s Messenger (https://www.facebook.com/papsasinc).
