Only registered participants shall be accommodated in the IYF. Non-registered participants
whether paid and/or have booked their plane or bus tickets will not be accommodated.
Registration Details
- Please encode all information accurately in order to prevent typographical errors in the
directory. No email or text/fb message registration will be entertained. (papsasinc.national@gmail.com) or the
PAPSAS Facebook Page’s Messenger (https://www.facebook.com/papsasinc).
- The registration and payment deadline is on February 5, or until we have reached the
maximum capacity on a "first come, first served" basis. Please note that registration will stay
open until all available participant slots are filled. We strongly advise individuals
intending to travel by plane or bus to complete their registration before booking their
transportation to avoid any potential issues.
- Scanned copy or screenshot of the machine validated deposit slip or online fund transfer
transactions must be uploaded upon online registration to complete the registration process.
- For those who are registered but not yet paid as of February 5, 2026 the last day of payment
should be made on or before February 13, 2026. The proof of online payments should be
either uploaded in the online registration form. If this is not possible (e.g. delayed school
processing), the school concerned school representative shall inform the organizers via e
mail (papsasinc.national@gmail.com) or the PAPSAS Facebook Page’s Messenger
(https://www.facebook.com/papsasinc).
- The Service Invoice shall be issued to the official representative or head of the school
delegation during the registration period on Day 2 – February 26, 2026.
- Each delegation shall assign a head delegate who shall be in-charge of the registration on
Day 1. This is to avoid congestion of participants in the registration table.
- Walk-In Participants and Additional School Delegates are not allowed.
- The participants who are able to completely attend all the forum activities shall receive the
full Certificate of Attendance and Certificate of Appearance for the practitioner/student, and
Certificate of Appreciation for the School. Daily attendance of the registered participants
shall be checked by the organizers. Those who fail to completely attend the forum will
receive a certificate only for the date/s that they were confirmed to be present in the event.
- Registered and paid participants who, for whatever reasons, failed to show up during the
entire or a part of the IYF shall not be entitled to a refund/reimbursed.
Schedule, Venue and Hotel Room Accommodation

Venue Details
- The IYF shall be held from February 25, 2026 at 9:00AM (Registration), until February 27,
2026, 12:00NN. (Closing Program and Distribution of Certificates).
- Only those who registered and paid as Live-In Participants shall have room
accommodation at the said hotel.
- The organizers shall be in-charge of the live-in participants’ room assignment.
- Requests for room transfer shall not be entertained by the organizers.
- The check-in time is at 2:00PM on February 25, 2026, while the check-out time is at
12:00NN on February 27, 2026. However, since the opening program on February 25 will
start by 1pm, live-in participants will be allowed to check-in to their assigned rooms by
6:00pm as stated in the program or as soon as rooms are available. Participants are
responsible for hotel reservations before/after this schedule. .
- Participants are advised to bring their valid ID, which the hotel staff may request to be
presented as part of the check-in procedures.
- Live-Out participants shall arrange their own lodging in Baguio City.
- All participants should observe punctuality.
- Participants should use the hotel/venue facilities with care. A participant who causes damage
or loss to the facility or property, including the room key, is responsible to replace the
damaged or lost facility or property per policy of the hotel.
- Participants are discouraged to explore areas that are not included/reserved for the activity.
They should abide by the rules and regulations of PAPSAS and the hotel (if applicable).
- Participants should observe the Clean as you go (CLAYGO) practice and proper waste
disposal.
- No student is allowed to leave the hotel without the permission of the authorized school and
until the activity ends.
